Oak Innovation has announced the availability of PaymentAssist, an intelligent IVR payment system that securely captures sensitive card details away from the office environment.
PaymentAssist is a cloud based service that provides organisations with a cost-effective way to meet Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance, whilst enhancing customer experience. Merchants can opt for agent-assisted and self-service payment options.
AgentAssist simplifies PCI compliance by eliminating the need for agents to work in a clean room or to pause and resume call recording. The agent remains connected throughout the call and can prompt and assist using a screen view of payment progress.
SelfAssist offers a fully automated self-service system. This bespoke service can be fully branded, is available 24/7 and requires no agent involvement. SelfAssist improves customer access, reduces the cost to a fraction of a traditional call centre transaction, and is ideal for organisations with seasonal spikes in payment calls.
The PaymentAssist service is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, works with any call centre environment and integrates with the major Payment Service providers (PSPs).
