One Brand for 2e2

2e2 Group has announced that its Group companies based in the UK will all use one single brand, 2e2.

Established in 2002 as a provider of IT managed services to corporate and public-sector customers, 2e2 has grown to become a leading player in this market in the UK. A combination of strong organic growth and acquisitions has enabled the Group to grow substantially over the last four years, recently announcing an increase in revenues from £62m in 2004 to £112m in 2005.

As a result of the acquisitions 2e2 has evolved into a Group of specialist IT companies and has become renowned for its agility and innovation. The Group includes, Prime Business Solutions, Norsk Data, TriSys and the Training E-cademy. Up until today each of these UK based companies have operated under their own brands as specialists in their own particular areas. However, with increasing demands from customers to provide a variety of services from more than one Group company, integration of the UK based companies under a single brand is now the logical next step. Operating under one brand will increase the cross selling opportunities whilst also raising the awareness of the 2e2 brand within the target markets.

The company says the rebranding will enable 2e2 to offer a wider and deeper range of solutions than ever before, allowing it to be known as a one stop shop for IT Managed Services. The Company now provides Network services, Converged networks, IP communications and collaboration, Access Infrastructure, Security solutions, Storage solutions and technology consulting, all under the one brand.

For the time being 2e2’s businesses in the Netherlands will not be affected by the rebrand.

Mark McVeigh the Chief Operating Officer, who is coordinating the rebrand, commented: “When we founded 2e2 we set out to build an agile and respected IT partner. We have achieved this however, as our customers demand more complex and broader solutions we need to make it easier for them to deal with us. The re-branding will provide a single interface into our expanding range of services. We will not lose any of our agility and will remain focussed on creating exceptional business advantage for our customers.”
