Pragma concludes 950 mile Ideas Lab Tour

After covering more than 950 miles from Edinburgh and Leeds through to Cheltenham and London, the Pragma team has successfully concluded their Ideas Lab Tour.

The tour presented comms resellers with insights on the latest technologies from Ericsson-LG and Pragma’s other vendor partners.

The team also presented participants with 10 insights to help better prepare them for 2020, where UC penetration is expected to reach 100%. Among the topics covered were:

•Integration/ Innovation
•Artificial intelligence in contact centres
•Sales and marketing in a digital world

In addition, the team discussed the simplification of sales and marketing within the comms industry and shared insights on providing future-proof communications solutions with Ericsson-LG’s cupboard to cloud proposition.

Sharing his thoughts on the event, Anthony Beard, Director at Chalvington Group had this to say: “It was good to see so many resellers exploring new opportunities at the Ideas Lab Tour. I found details of the new training academy, product roadmap and feature lists to be very useful. Overall, it was a great event that gave me and my team plenty to work with.”
