Pragma’s Council is a screeching success

Pragma recently hosted their fifth Partner Council meeting at the home of Formula One team Sahara Force India, Silverstone. This event brought together some of the most influential resellers within the Pragma partner community. This event is a forum to discuss, debate and feedback on the Ericsson-LG iPECS product set and roadmap as well as Pragma plans and progress. Introducing complementary new technologies and meeting new suppliers gives a unique opportunity for resellers to understand and feedback on the latest product propositions and how these are going to be taken to market.

These sessions are the backbone of what shapes the Pragma roadmap and ensures that’s what is being delivered, meets the needs and supports growth within their reseller community.

Matt Croxford, Managing Director at Citytalk Communications, “The discussion points at the Pragma Partner Council gave us the chance to influence and understand Pragma’s product roadmap. From the outside we are a room full of competitors but on the inside, there was a room full of Ericsson-LG resellers who were all there to support each other’s success and reach outcomes that would benefit every Pragma reseller.”

With the changing buyers journey and companies adapting their way of working to incorporate the shift to digital transformation, Pragma also focused on Marketing initiatives. Exploring current lead generation sales and marketing tools and future activity, Pragma equips resellers with what they need to stay relevant and successful.

Will Morey (pictured), Sales and Marketing Director at Pragma; “The Annual Pragma Partner Council meetings have always been a significant event in our calendar. The day brings together a group of people that have such a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the market that we take their perspectives onboard and consequently adapt our product offering and services to deliver to their needs. We have always valued the opinions of our resellers and with the rapidly changing sales environment, now more than ever their feedback is imperative to both theirs and Pragma’s success in the market.”
