On Friday 27th November, the Cloud Communications Council will convene its autumn 2015 session, covering the topic of ‘maintaining consistency in ICT in a changeable political landscape’. The series of forums engages ICT and operations leaders from local authorities across the UK.
The event will be sponsored by Radius Communications, and hosted at Radius’s UK headquarters – Radius Court, Bracknell.
Following on from the Spring 2015 Forum, which covered the topic of shared services in Local Government, this exclusive event will discuss a number of factors including managing and maintaining ICT systems and projects in the wider context of a changeable political landscape.
Martin Taylor, Director of Radius Communications, commented: “The outcome of May’s general election has made austerity long-term for Local Authorities. Now more than ever, these organisations need to improve efficiencies and challenge old ways of working. I look forward to an interesting discussion on how this can be achieved through cloud services, and further bridging the gap between technology and politics.”
