CommSoft RMS has announced record sales for December 09, despite the short trading month and other challenges in the economy.
‘We have just had the best December in our history’, reports Anthony Church, MD at CommSoft RMS.
CommSoft RMS puts this down to their strong product range, which provides resellers with many software combinations and options to add value to every sale.
‘Our resellers are increasing sales by putting together solutions for their customers from our portfolio: so our average order value has gone up significantly. It is good to see resellers grasping the CommSoft RMS concept that modules like call recording, call management, operator console, CTI or campaign dialling can be bolted together in multiple combinations and all from one supplier: so the customer has only one interface to familiarise with and one database common to all modules’ adds Church.
CommSoft RMS are looking forward to a buoyant 2010 with orders already on the board in the opening days of the new decade.
