Red Box Open new Headquarters

Red Box Recorders, the voice and data recording specialist, has opened a new global headquarters at the Bradmore Business Park in Nottingham. The company has moved from its existing location in Tollerton to the modern, state of the art building to support its business strategy that has seen annual growth of more than 25 per cent for the past three years.

Red Box have invested in a new unified communications system to extend its 24/7 support operation. This will enable the company’s dedicated global call centre to provide highest levels of remote support and expertise to both resellers and customers across international markets.

The new offices also include extensive training facilities suitable for supporting the growing reseller base and a purpose-built product development suite to support the company’s team of developers, programmers and testers that are responsible for creating and enhancing industry leading voice and data recording solutions.

The site is well located with good connections to Nottingham city centre, East Midlands Airport and the motorway network.
