Retell has announced the appointment of Peter Fernando as its Sales and Manager. Fernando formerly worked at call recording company’s ASC Telecom as Marketing Manager and Business Systems as Telesales and SME Sales Manager. Additionally, he has over 10 years call centre operations experience working with call centres including Abbey National, Dixons Stores Group, Pageone Communications and Bulldog Broadband. Peter specialises in telesales, telemarketing, marketing, account management and client relationship management.
Fernando will be responsible for enhancing Retell’s marketing strategy to create additional reseller brand and product awareness and bolster lead generation campaigns for Retell’s Key Partners. Peter will be responsible for developing Retell’s digital presence using e-mail marketing, social media and SEO.
