In a move to further strengthen support to their resellers, Samsung Business Communications has opened a new Sales Engineering Support Centre in Staines Middlesex. The centre will provide support and training across the OfficeServ range of converged communications solutions.
Commenting on the opening, Wilf Wood, Head of Sales Engineering at Samsung Business Communications stated, “This new facility is now fully operational with highly qualified and motivated staff to ensure that we continue to deliver the high degree of service and support that our Resellers have grown accustomed too.”
“In addition to providing technical support across the complete OfficeServ portfolio, the site also includes a training suite that can be used for both technical and sales training. Moreover, being co-located within the Samsung Electronics Research Institute ensures a degree of synergy across the different technology areas that Samsung is involved in, so equipping us to support tomorrow’s technology as well as today’s.”
