ScanSource Communications Europe has announced an enhancement to its recently launched Professional Services offering in the UK with the provision of ShoreTel installation and maintenance services. These will be provided on the full ShoreTel range, and constitute the second stage of the value added distributor’s efforts to create maximum opportunities for resellers to boost their businesses by providing full solutions that take care of every step of an end user’s product purchase and maintenance process.
The move adds to ScanSource’s Professional Services Avaya offering and means that resellers will be able sell cost-effective installation services on ShoreTel products without having to perform the work themselves. ScanSource Communications Europe will carry out a wide range of activities in the UK including design consultation, verification, pre-staging and installation and maintenance services, as well as providing specialist technical training where requested.
