Sennheiser hosted its 21st annual charity day at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club in what proved to be another resounding success, raising over £15,000 for Make-A-Wish foundation.

With over 100 people in attendance, including customers, Sennheiser UK staff and other guests, the range of fun-filled activities included mountain biking, a Go Ape ropes course and Segways, with guests also able to relax in the spa or take to the golf course.

The evening took a change of pace as everyone gathered at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club for a relaxed and informal evening of food and entertainment. Great fun was had by all, with people spilling onto the balcony to enjoy the late evening sun and warm temperatures.

Sennheiser’s chosen charity for 2016 in the UK is Make-A-Wish, and charity spokesperson Kate Cosgrove delivered a stirring speech to outline the continuous work the organisation does for seriously ill children.

Fund raising activities proved extremely successful with over £15,000 raised, including £4,400 from guest donations and £6,400 from a silent auction and secret bids.

“The support we received was staggering and as you can see from the amount raised everyone was very generous with their time and their donations” said David Brisden – Director of Operations at Sennheiser UK. “We’d like to offer our warmest thanks to everyone who attended and helped to organise the event.”
