The Convergence Summit is now just six weeks away and is shaping up to be another successful event. Held at Sandown Park, Esher, on the 7th and 8th of October the Summit will see all the major convergence suppliers congregate under one roof. Visitors will be treated to a flurry of technology demonstrations, educational seminars and an unmatched opportunity to network with their Channel piers. The show is 100% dedicated to the Channel and provides visitors a unique insight into the market over the two days.

Exhibitor Simon Woodhead, MD at Simwood, commented “This year, Simwood turns 18 and you may say we have grown up! We have seen many exciting changes from expanding our team and opening a new office in Southampton through to launching new products and expanding our portfolio. It’s an exciting time for us and our customers.
We have reformed our packages to cope with our customers growth and cater for every single stage of that growth – from the very basic pay as you go model, through to building your very own infrastructure. We believe these options place us in a very unique position in the marketplace.”
Previous visitor Christian Bleakley, Managing Director, Telesis Communications Systems, said “The main reason I visit Convergence Summit every year is that it’s a great event that allows us to catch up with all our key suppliers under one roof and in one day, more importantly it’s a fantastic opportunity to check out possible new suppliers and see what’s new in the market.”
Stuart Gibson, Director at PBX Hosting, said “This is our second time of exhibiting at Convergence, after a highly successful Convergence North it was only right that we exhibited at Convergence South. We believe it’s a major hub for telecoms resellers and a show not to be missed.”
Pippa Lain-Smith says “Comms Supply have been steadily building a strong partner community over the past 6 months, allowing us to test and adapt our processes so they are fit for the fast paced world our partners work in. For example, we now route any technical call directly to an engineer as opposed to a customer service agent, this means our partners get support when they need it and are not waiting hours for a call back.
Now we are confident we have the processes in place to support what we believe is a great product set, we are exhibiting at Convergence Summit to look for our next partners.”
We look forward to seeing you all there!
