Next Gen network services company Sipcom has announced their strategic partnership with intY, a provider of integrated messaging, collaboration, security and OEM applications to organisations that require a solution at both a technical and operational level. This partnership will allow intY partners to take full advantage of the increased opportunities within the Hosted Unified Communications sector.
Daniel Allen Sipcom CEO commented “It is exciting to see an experienced hoster such as intY demonstrate the real shift in trends towards unified communications and collaboration. Services such as Hosted IP PBX and Microsoft Lync 2010 are real gateways to leveraging higher recurring revenue through increased ARPU and overall product margins. ”
Allen went on to say “Whilst the market opportunity is clearly there, many companies still feel daunted by the complexity of adopting hosted unified communications services, mainly due to billing, go-to-market strategies, support and compliance issues. Together Sipcom and intY have partnered to remove these complexities by providing an easy and rapid way to launch Hosted Unified Communications.”
Chris Baldock, Chief Executive of intY said “Having reviewed the Hosted IP PBX and Microsoft partners throughout EMEA, Sipcom were the clear partner of choice. Their solid infrastructure, technical expertise in the voice arena and market knowledge combined with sales and go -to-market expertise will enable both our service provider and systems integrator partners to capitalise quickly on opportunities, assisting our accelerated growth plans for the coming year. We are very excited about the future with Sipcom.
