Now being part of VTech, manufacturer of professional business IP phones, Snom Technology, will focus on expanding and strengthening its global market position.
With the dust just settling on the recent takeover of Snom Technology (www.snom.com) by VTech (www.vtech.com), Snom customers and partners will in all likelihood have been trying to anticipate what changes to expect. The new owners have quickly taken steps to reassure customers that existing business will not be disrupted and familiar faces in the Snom Technology sales, development and marketing teams are still present.
Snom IP phones and Snom DECT solutions for workplace mobility will continue to be hosted in Germany.
Gernot Sagl, Snom Technology’s CEO, is confident that the IP phone manufacturer can strengthen its market position now that it is part of VTech: “Our customers will continue to enjoy the same level of high-quality product design, craftsmanship, security and interoperability and thanks to the support from VTech we can now also look forward to improved levels of service and support and an exciting expansion of our product portfolio.”
