Softcat has achieved Elite Networking Infrastructure Partner status in the Juniper Networks Partner Advantage program following nine months of intensive training. The 32-strong Networking and Security team at Softcat undertook hours of training over several months, both in person and online, in order to reach the required level of expertise to advise customers and successfully implement the vendor’s network solutions.
Matt Helling, Softcat’s networking and security manager, said, “When you combine innovative technology with well-informed, driven salespeople, you’ve got a solid basis for success. Softcat is keen to increase our presence in networking markets, and this is the perfect opportunity to grow our business reach. Juniper Networks’ intensive training has been a huge, worthwhile investment for us, as it gives us the ability to go out there and communicate the value of Juniper Networks’ solutions effectively to new customers. The accreditation backs up our depth and breadth of networking knowledge and understanding, reassuring customers of our proficiency.
It’s also a mark of our overall expertise in networking and security – we’re committed to providing high service standards and accreditations like this really back that up.”
Darryl Brick, director, partners, U.K. & Ireland, Juniper Networks said, “Networks have never been as relevant in business as they are today, driving mission-critical applications, communication and data services to employees and customers. Working with the right partners to sell, deploy and support our innovative infrastructure solutions is key to our go-to-market strategy, so I am pleased to see Softcat’s success at the highest level in our partner program.”
