Fluency Voice Technology, the speech recognition application company, has announced that it is experiencing great demand for the hosted (On-Demand) version of its speech recognition solution as well as its traditional On- Premise version.
During the last three quarters alone Fluency has seen an 81% growth in sales of its Virtual Speech Agent (VSA) Suite solution delivered as an On-Demand service compared with the same period in 2006.
New customers for the Fluency VSA Suite On-Demand include Severn Trent Water and Northern Ireland Water. They join, say Fluency, established companies like Travelodge, Arcadia Group and Sutton & East Surrey Water who have already invested in VSA On-Demand and are reaping immediate benefits.
