Splicecom launched the latest version of Vision, the modular Business Management application suite for cloud, on-premise and blended requirements, during their recent reseller roadshows. Vision v1.7 delivers all the business analytics information required for day-to-day operational overviews, on-going reviews and future business planning.
Vision helps in the management and cost control of both infrastructure and staff. Vision blends the elements of Call Management, Call Recording and real-time Dashboards and Wallboards into a analytics solution.
