Splicecom launched the latest version of Vision, the modular Business Management application suite for cloud, on-premise and blended requirements, during their recent reseller roadshows. Vision v1.7 delivers all the business analytics information required for day-to-day operational overviews, on-going reviews and future business planning.
Vision helps in the management and cost control of both infrastructure and staff. Vision blends the elements of Call Management, Call Recording and real-time Dashboards and Wallboards into a analytics solution.
“This latest Vision release adds a fresh look and feel, several new standard reports and usability enhancements to wallboards and dashboards. In addition, the increased demand we’ve seen over the past 18 months also means that we’ve focused heavily on expanding our Call Centre capabilities in Vision v1.7,” says Robin Hayman, Splicecom’s Director of Marketing & Product Management. “New value added features to make the life easier for Agents and Supervisors, four new call centre reports and five new call centre tiles for wallboards and dashboards; Vision v1.7 is a must have for voice centric Call Centres, whatever their size or requirement.”
“The ability to deploy Vision v1.7 with cloud, on-premise and blended Splicecom solutions, makes it the perfect companion for our new SelectVoice based services and solutions. Directors, Managers, Administrators and Call Centre Supervisors will enjoy the benefits of timely access to business-critical information wherever they might be – and however their voice solutions might be deployed. In fact, business analytics is becoming so critical to companies of all sizes, we include Vision Reports as standard with every SelectVoice solution.” concludes Hayman.
