Reseller STL Communications has successfully achieved international quality standard ISO 9001 and the international environmental standard ISO 14001.
STL has always operated with high quality and environmental standards but has now formalised these procedures into recognised management systems. The achievement demonstrates that STL uses robust quality management and environmental procedures and takes action to ensure customer satisfaction, the quality of its products and services as well as environmental stewardship.
Commenting on the awards, Brendon Cross STL’s managing director, said “We are delighted to have achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation. As a carbon neutral organisation with a green ethos, the ISO 14001 environmental management system met with STL’s commitment to protecting the environment whilst the ISO 9001 management systems will increase the efficiency of internal processes and continually improve the quality of customer service.
