Business Development is crucial for any successful Comms reseller and the STL Account Management Team secured forty Samsung IP upgrade appointments in four hours.
“It seems that the customer now has a good understanding of IP and the associated benefits”, commented Simon Ryan who is the Business Development Manager at STL. Ryan added, “A year ago we wouldn’t have enjoyed this sort of yield in such a short space of time and the success is down to the end user’s awareness of IP coupled with the current OfficeServ 7400 promotion from Samsung.”
Peter Law of Samsung who managed to secure four appointments himself noted, “If only more resellers would undertake similar initiatives. It was really enjoyable speaking to STL’s customers and it became clear very quickly that this was going to be a great session.”
