Storacall Voice Systems Ltd has been appointed UK distributor by Telcen SpA of Italy for their ‘Blue’s Professional’ Call Logging software, which is a competitively priced advanced call management package for monitoring an organisation’s telephone traffic, costs and efficiency. To date in excess of 10,000 systems have been installed throughout Europe.
The vendor says that the recent trend towards fixed pricing of call logging software irrespective of the number of extensions has been attractive for large organisations, but it has unnecessarily inflated the costs of call logging for smaller and medium sized companies with under 250 extensions. It is estimated that this sector accounts for some 80% of the market.
Storacall Voice Systems Ltd has just released full pricing for the new ‘Blue’s Professional’ Call Logging software with for example retail pricing of a full version for 12 extensions at £185.00 + VAT and £410.00+ VAT for 48 extensions with attractive discounts available to channel dealers.
