December marked the third month since the takeover of eBillz by Chess Telecom and all is going according to plan says Stephen Dracup the new MD.
“It has been hectic but fun” says Steve. “When we took over the business we were sure that eBillz was a great opportunity and I am glad to say the first 3 months have proved us right. In a survey conducted in December; 94% of eBillz Customers scored the product 4 or 5 out of 5. 83% would not hesitate in recommending it to another reseller. 95% of those polled also classed our customer service as Good or Great. These are great figures on which we hope to build.”
