The Convergence Summit North drew to a close yesterday and after two days of business deals and networking, the show has been hailed a success! Day one of the show saw a flurry of activity in the isles at Manchester Central as exhibitors attracted visitors onto their stands with shiny cars, free giveaways and even a caricaturist!
Will Morey of Pragma said “We have several high quality leads coming away from the show and we justified the cost of the stand by the middle of day one! We have definitely already achieved our ROI and are very pleased with the results. We would like to thank the Swink Events team for an enjoyable and worthwhile few days.”
Tony Cook from Union Street comments “We had a good fun show and had some pretty hot leads to follow up. I am confident that it will result in some good new business. Thanks very much for organising the event. We have already signed up for next year!”
Paul Sillars, Sales Director of M247, has noticed one important change in the 2013 show and says “this time last year we were a relatively unknown player in the Convergence Channel market but now, after 12 months of developing business in this sector, everyone knows who we are and people have commented that we’ve grown a lot as a company”. Paul also comments “this year we are taking many more enquiries for our broader services and not simply from resellers. The show has been very successful for us and we have so far doubled the sales leads compared to last year”.
Swink Events would like to thank all those that attended this year’s Convergence Summit North and helped make it a great show.
