Exeter-based South West Communications Group has launched its new-look website to keep its customers in touch with all the developments of its services and products.
As the company has continued to expand in both size and technological expertise, the company has also brought in additional resources to improve its communications tools.
In recent months, the company’s marketing literature has undergone a makeover and it has employed new publicity & marketing assistant Caroline Moore. JJC Design was employed to create the new marketing design which has been used to update South West Communications Group’s website. All of its content has been refreshed to make it more user-friendly and professional looking for the benefit of the group’s existing customers and potential clients.
Sales director Sarah Flowers said: “The old site was tired-looking and needed a completely, fresh look that would complement our existing image. It still retains its customer-facing features, such as our billing platform NetView and a customer zone that includes case studies and product manuals, but also contains additional information to guide potential clients around all the services we offer.”
