TalkTalk Business cut costs on inbound call management solution

TalkTalk Business says their Intelligent Call Control now delivers even more opportunity for margin to partners with enhanced functionality for end users.

TalkTalk Business has released new functionality as part of its inbound call management solution Intelligent Call Control (ICC) today, making it even more competitive to partners and appealing to end-users.

The latest version of their ICC platform is completely free of charge with unlimited access to the intuitive management portal and unlimited service set-up, giving partners ultimate control over single translations, call divert plans, ratio plans, fax-to-email, scalable call queuing, time-of-day routing and configurable call attendant at the click of a button.

Combined with new functionality that allows the real-time development of bespoke and multilayered interactive voice response (IVR) in the portal and bypass supplier charges or SLAs, this market-leading offering now also promises competitive differentiation.

The ICC portal from TalkTalk Business can also be white-labelled to allow partners to sell inbound call solutions through their own managed portal or customise one for clients as a self-serve option.

To truly distinguish a portfolio from other hosted telephony providers, the Wholesale variant - Intelligent Call Engine - allows Channel Partners to API interface directly into the intelligent Next Generation Network. This functionality allows partners to leverage the ultra resilient and robust network to create a bespoke inbound portal and, therefore, achieve total portfolio ownership without the responsibility or expense of a separate platform.

Andy Hollingworth, Director of Wholesale at TalkTalk Business commented “We have over 16 years business to business experience, serving over 180,000 businesses and over 350 business partners. With this latest package, we’re delighted to see optimum technology marry with affordability and our ultra resilient NGN – a network that’s seen over £600 million of investments. It’s a great opportunity for both resellers and end-users to achieve a competitive edge.”
