Telesis Ltd of Bolton celebrate their 5th Anniversary this July, which should be considered an achievement in itself in the current economic climate; however there is more than one cause for jubilation. The exponential growth of the company in their period of infancy has surpassed the expectations of many. The company now deal with over 3000 clients across the UK a number which continues to grow day on day.
Managing Director, Christian Bleakley commented, “Here at Telesis our customers are our number one priority, we are focused on delivering both a high quality and highly personal service, to ensure we can effectively meet every client’s specific requirements. At Telesis we understand that no two clients are the same and this is what I believe gives us the edge over our competitors.”
Customer satisfaction has been at the heart of Telesis’ success since its creation and continues to play an important role in winning the company sales through word of mouth and renewals with previous clients. Leyland’s Holding Company have been with Telesis for over 3 years:
A spokesperson from Leyland Holding Company added “Over the last three years I have enjoyed working with Telesis on our complicated multisite/multi technology phone system as well as having a great deal on our land line & calls. Every year when it comes to contract renewal I have no hesitation on resigning the contract, as I know Telesis will always look after us. All the staff I have dealt with are always friendly and helpful and go that extra mile ensuring any issues are resolved quickly.”
Telesis are currently being considered for the Sunday Times ‘One’s to Watch’ Award and by analysing the company’s progress over the last five years it is clear to see that they are truly an emerging force in the Telecoms industry.
