TeleWare, a provider of both hosted and on-premise intelligent communication solutions for businesses and Service Providers, today announced the appointment of Louise Phillips as Channel Support Manager.
Phillips has been with TeleWare for over 8 years in training, sales and customer service roles and has recently joined the Hosted Services team as part of TeleWare’s strategy to strengthen channel support and hosted services delivery. Phillips’ team has delivered over 200 hours of structured training since February to TeleWare partners across the UK, including new courses on hosted services.
“Through close relationships with our channel partners we can ensure our customers receive the solution and the support and service they want. This could involve handling the project from concept to completion, or providing a software-only service delivery approach. The TeleWare Partner Programme provides a flexible suite of options to allow an approach to the market that suits TeleWare, the channel and the customer,” explains Louise Phillips, Channel Support Manager.
TeleWare Partners receive formal application training, as well as developing skills from working alongside their qualified and experienced TeleWare team, to enable them to implement solutions within customer premises that will deliver real business benefits quickly and with a minimum disruption to customers.
