TeleWare has announced a range of cloud-based enhancements for Skype for Business (SfB). These enhancements include compliant voice recording, interactive voice response (IVR) and enterprise-class voicemail.
Alongside the increases in productivity features like these can deliver organisations they also provide differentiation for Microsoft resellers.
