Teleware Signs another High Profile Reseller

Teleware and reseller Telindus have signed a partnership agreement to provide enterprise customers with a single application platform they say enables a smooth migration from legacy PBXs to the IP world.

Using the Teleware solution, which provides the end user with a consistent set of applications whatever infrastructure or PBX they are connected to, Telindus is able to provide management of the entire enterprise telephony estate for its customers. This offering provides the network manager with the flexibility to make changes when driven by network changes and not disparate application requirements.

“This partnership will enable Telindus to provide enterprise customers with a single dial plan across a mixed vendor PBX network, making migration to infrastructure changes much easier and less disruptive to the end user,” explained Mark Hutchinson, UK Managing Director at Telindus, “It will deliver substantial enterprise cost savings on applications by enabling multiple PBXs to use a single unified application with the inherent benefits of greater contention and lower port requirements,” added Hutchinson.

Telindus will provide an application overlay to the telephony world using the Teleware integration capability as a bridge and delivering value add through feature rich telephony applications such as call recording, conferencing, personal numbering and team and contact centre capabilities. Telindus Group is already able to provide IP PBX installations as an Avaya partner and a Cisco Gold partner, and this latest partnership enables them to combine these new IP PBX products into existing TDM based PBX networks seamlessly.

Teleware say their enterprise solution customers today include over 23% of the FTSE 100 and more than 21% of the top 1000 and that the company is completely independent of all major PBX, IP-PBX and email system manufacturers. The applications run over pure IP, traditional TDM or hybrid networks - allowing companies to protect existing investments while keeping options open for future deployment. This provides an open, standards-based, scalable communications solution designed to protect the current investment, capitalise on the advantages of the newer technologies, deliver highly effective applications that enhance caller experience, increase staff effectiveness and reduce overhead costs, whilst ensuring interoperability across your current and future multi-vendor systems.

Telindus will be delivering these new solutions into specific verticals including central and local government, education, NHS, MOD, Security and Police, local education/universities, retail, media, city and banking. Telindus sales and technical personnel will be undertaking Teleware Enterprise Solutions accreditation in the next few weeks.
