Pangea has seen substantial growth in their Partner Programme since Bernie McPhillips joined the global M2M and IoT connectivity and solutions provider as Sales Director in April 2017.
McPhillips has played a key role in the 19 percent increase in revenue quarter over quarter and this momentum is set to gain pace going into 2018 with further projected growth of 40 percent next year.
It is anticipated that the Pangea Partner Programme will consist of more than 100 active partners before the end of 2017.
McPhillips believes what is truly critical to this whole equation is the word “partners”. It’s not a euphemism for “externally contracted employees,” but rather a relationship built on give and take, where the risks and profits are shared amongst the associated parties.
McPhillips has lived and breathed this partnering culture for more than a decade, he knows what it takes to win and importantly wants to share successes with like-minded partners.
