Following a series of intensive tests, telephony service provider thevoicefactory has announced that snom’s hardware IP-PBX solution, the snom ONE plus, is 100 per cent compatible with BroadSoft’s SIP Trunking technology.
The complete interoperability between snom’s technology and BroadSoft’s SIP Trunking means that thevoicefactory can now offer an end to end IP telephony service to its partners, providing high levels of reliability and flexibility. “We’re pleased to be working with snom, especially in light of its full compatibility with the SIP Trunking from BroadSoft that we use for our services,” explains Paul Harrison, sales director, thevoicefactory.
“As a BroadSoft Platform Provider, it means we now have the ability to give our partners the benefits of an extremely stable and robust IP telephony system.”
“This announcement is great news for businesses upgrading their telephone systems with the snom solution, as it means they know they will have an IP system they can rely on,” explains Jonathan Greenwood, managing director, snom UK. “We understand how important compatibility and reliability is when a business is investing in communications infrastructure, which is why we ensure that all of our products have high levels of interoperability across a range of IP telephony standards.”
