Windsor Telecom has today announced the appointment of Pete Tomlinson as CEO to spearhead a new phase in the company’s growth.
Pete brings huge experience in transforming and scaling telecoms and technology businesses, most recently as MD of TalkTalk Business Direct and previously masterminding the reinvention of Eclipse that more than doubled its size and created a leading MSP, prior to its integration with KCOM. He has also held leadership roles at Cable&Wireless and telecoms infrastructure provider Fibernet.
Commenting on his appointment Pete said ‘This really is an exceptional opportunity. Windsor has a great team and are already known as the leaders in customer service and telephony, with a sector beating 4.95 out of 5.0 trust pilot rating’ he added ‘we now have a massive opportunity to take full advantage of this expertise, which is essentially turning the often overly complex tech from big vendors into straightforward solutions which SME’s really value, by expanding both our portfolio of services and the markets we serve – customers are crying out for this and I’m excited about our plans to make it happen for them’.
