True Telecom has planned a variety of fun-filled events to raise money for Children in Need. As well as a fancy dress theme in the office, the True Telecom team is planning to head out on to the streets of Maidstone, to raise additional funds dressed in the comfort of their onesies!
True Telecom’s approach to fundraising matches its business ethos as a young, vibrant company, looking for new products to benefit the customer, as well as innovative ways to raise some money for a worthwhile cause.
Enjoying particular growth in its SME business customer base across; landline, broadband, mobile and hosting products, the company offers a range of line rental and call-plan packages that can be structured to best befit individual customer’s specific needs and circumstances. The company achieves this by offering a raft of competitive packages coupled with a straightforward and seamless changeover process that still utilises the now long-established Openreach infrastructure.
Stuart Griffiths, CEO of True Telecom says, “Children in Need is a cause close to all of our hearts here at True Telecom, so it’s a real pleasure to raise some valuable funds in a variety of interesting ways. We’ve agreed to match the sum raised by our team personally, which the team has taken as a real challenge, we aim to raise at least £3,000 for the charity!
Stuart continues, “We are happy to be in a position to celebrate our own growth as a business, moving from around 60 employees currently to over 300 forecast for 2014. Giving something back will hopefully improve the outlook for children up and down the country as well as closer to home.”
