IT services company TSG has announced plans to expand its product portfolio to include a full range of telecoms solutions for small and medium sized businesses. This move will see TSG embrace the convergence of technology and telecoms and firmly position the company as a one-stop, fully integrated technology and communications business.
To date, the TSG offering has primarily focussed on providing a total IT support solution, offering both business software and IT infrastructure support. As the convergence of IT and Telecoms continues to gather pace, TSG is now expanding the solutions offered to incorporate a full range of telecoms products and services.
This move is the direct result of the strategic acquisition last year of IT consultancy and support company Croft Technology, which enabled the launch by TSG of specialist division, TSG Enterprise Solutions. The skills and expertise of this division, working in partnership with Mitel will allow a roll-out of TSG telecoms products and services to SMEs throughout the UK.
