Union Street Technologies has become a Gold Partner for Data Platform Competency in Microsoft’s Partner Network. To gain Gold Partner status, key members of the Union Street team were required to demonstrate their knowledge of and proficiency in using Microsoft products such as SQL, as well as demonstrating how these technologies are used at Union Street and in its aBILLity billing software.
In addition to assessments of the Union Street team’s technical competency, Microsoft also required a customer satisfaction survey to be conducted on the company’s customer base. The results of this survey, which was carried out by independent research company The TNS Group, revealed that 100% of participating customers would recommend Union Street and its products, and that there was a high level of overall satisfaction with the products and services they received from Union Street.
Tony Cook, Managing Director of Union Street commented, “Becoming a Microsoft Gold Partner for Data Platform Competency clearly demonstrates the expertise we have in database design and management. This expertise is crucial to developing our aBILLity billing platform which heavily utilises Microsoft SQL. Our expertise in this area has enabled us to harness the power of SQL to deliver additional resiliency and enhanced cloud based solutions. This knowledge is also something we share with our clients through certain training courses we offer at Union Street.
“Naturally we’re thrilled to have become a Microsoft Gold Partner and equally delighted with the results of the survey that was conducted. These results were borne out by a recent survey we conducted of clients that attended our aBILLity Roadshow, where 91% felt confident that Union street was investing in the right areas to help their businesses achieve their goals.”
