The website is a key step in Uniworld’s ongoing drive to grow its relationships with customers and channel partners.
Separate portals have been provided for channel partners and customers, offering specialised information for each. This tailored information will provide Uniworld’s partners with the tools to quickly respond to end-user requests. The channel partner portal, accessible via the new website, has been designed to provide partners with the detailed information required to allow them to better support their customer base. Likewise, the customer portal, also accessible via the website, is intended to provide Uniworld’s customers with excellent support and swift access to information on their telecoms systems.
