Telecommunications company V12 Telecom is seeking to expand its operations by introducing 20 new organisations into its Partner Programme in the next twelve months. The Swindon-based company is targeting IT companies across the UK who are interested in partnering with a telecoms company that can greatly improve their client offering by providing services such as Hosted Voice, SIP and High Speed Internet access using Ethernet, FTTP and FTTC.
Charles Rickett, Managing Director at V12 Telecom, stated: “I don’t just want to offer partners a service that just benefits both parties, I want partners to really feel like they’re entering a partnership that goes above and beyond expectations. We not only provide our partners with connectivity and unified communications solutions that seamlessly merge with their portfolio, we aim to ensure that those solutions are delivered with a gold standard of personalised service where partners are well-looked after on a one-to-one basis.”
The business intends to onboard 20 new partners within the next year but will focus on delivering a high-quality, tailored experience to its partners rather than simply fulfilling its quota.
Charles continues: “We have been running the V12 Partner Programme for several years with great success but I would now like to extend this opportunity to more partners, particularly those who are interested in unifying their communications for a more streamlined and seamless IT experience. For this reason we are looking to invite 20 carefully selected partners to join us so that we can grow and enjoy that success together”.
Charles concludes: “The V12 team works closely with our partners to gain an understanding of their clients’ requirements so we can develop solutions that match their specific needs. By working with us partners would also gain access to our in-depth knowledge and expertise in unified communications services, allowing us to work together to identify opportunities for business growth. We want to partner with companies who have the same vision as us – companies that really strive to provide excellent solutions with the highest standard of service.”
