Vaioni unveils Clear Voice

Vaioni has launched a new UCaaS solution that is designed to help businesses of any size switch to cloud-based unified communications. Clear Voice is built on the Porta One platform and allows partners to add a white-labelled UCaaS product to their portfolio and create a new revenue stream.

Sachin Vaish, managing director, Vaioni, explained, “UCaaS is gaining a lot of momentum because of the need to replace traditional on-premise telephony with something more suited to a new world of flexible and hybrid work. Businesses want professional communications that can be delivered from anywhere.

“With Clear Voice, we’ve created a feature packed product that offers great margins for partners. It has easy to understand commercials, is easy to market, deliver and scale. It also allows them to add to their revenue streams and offer a complete package of connectivity, security and voice with Vaioni backed by our 99.999 per cent SLA – something we’re renowned for in the industry.”

Clear Voice can be used via soft client, mobile or IP handset, and is both MiFID II and PCI compliant. It also offers analytics designed to give businesses a view of remote employee productivity and to create better customer experiences.

The new product can be integrated with Microsoft Teams or accessed via a full self-service menu from a single user-friendly portal.
