Network aggregator Virtual1 has demonstrated its commitment to its Partners by announcing the launch of a white labelled version of their 1Portal.
1Portal is an online tool offering instant EFM and Ethernet pricing. It is interconnected to all the major carriers and incorporates every access speed and every access method available into a single online quote, allowing Partners to gather pricing quickly and effectively.
The white labelled version offers considerable flexibility for Partners, and includes the capability to add their own products and services to the systems – such as mobile, PBX maintenance and SiP trunks – giving each Partner a totally unique and bespoke portal.
It also allows resellers to manage the margins added to the initial Virtual1 quote, meaning that resellers can provide access to their sales teams and demonstrate the portal to customers without revealing wholesale pricing.
By having access to these capabilities online, resellers can reduce the time spent on pricing and can instead focus on other aspects of account management.
