Vispa Internet, one of the UK’s longest Established CSP’s, has completed the Acquisition of Scotland’s Abel Internet, DSL Customer Base. As a result, over 700 business and residential customers have now transferred from Abel to Vispa. The customers are wide spread across the UK and the acquisition is the first of many planned by Vispa.
James Ormerod, Vispa’s Managing Director, says: “The Acquisition of Abel’s Broadband business is a good move for Vispa and will certainly be beneficial to the transferring customers. Vispa has a lot to offer and we look forward to servicing the base in the future”
“The Abel customer base has been very loyal and has enjoyed several years of unprecedented customer service and support and we will ensure that the customers will continue to receive such service. Abel’s customers will now also have the opportunity to benefit from the many additional products and services that Vispa has to offer” says Adam Binks, Vispa’s Commercial Director.
As part of Vispa’s growth strategy, any business owners currently in the ISP market space currently looking for an exit strategy are invited to contact Vispa to discuss their options.
