Voiceflex is set to launch SIP Call Recording, an application their channel partners have been requesting for many years. It will be available from March 1st 2017.
Due to the large number of channels they support across multiple data centres, the conventional recording equipment wasn’t up to the task. As a result, Voiceflex has developed its own Call Recording application which is fully FCA compliant.
Call recording is not confined to the financial sector anymore, we also work in a world and a culture of blame. As a result, employees and customers need protection; the only way to protect verbal communication is via call recording.
Voiceflex SIP Trunk Call Recording requires no on-site equipment and set up is free with no fixed monthly commitment. Customer’s pay for what they use. If you don’t want to store the calls with Voiceflex, you can delete records or download the recording and store it locally.
Commenting on the product launch, Paul Taylor, Sales & Marketing Director of Voiceflex said, “We’re delighted to launch our compliant call recording application for SIP. Designed with our partner community in mind, our call recording application is an ideal solution for partners selling Cloud or on premise based telephony to businesses wanting to record both incoming as well as outgoing SIP calls.”
