Xelion is launching the Integration Market Place to partners which offers ‘pre-packaged’ integration for the Xelion platform with a host of leading CRMs and other applications. This means partners no longer need to spend time, resources and expenditure programming interfaces between the Xelion hosted platform and their customers preferred apps.
The Integration Market Place will give Xelion partners the ability to deliver fast, assured and reliable integration with third-party applications.
Over 30 integration packs are available initially with 100 expected to be available by the year-end. Integration packs for applications available at launch include:
•Microsoft Dynamics AX
•Microsoft Dynamics CRM
•Microsoft Dynamics Navision
•Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
•WinCar (Reynolds & Reynolds)
Partners requiring integration for less well-known niche applications will have access to a team of application software developers who can assist with bespoke integration packages to win orders, subject to terms and conditions.
Dave Reynolds, Xelion UK Managing Director commenting on the launch stated, “Once again Xelion is leading the way with a completely new and disruptive approach to hosted telephony for the channel. We recognise that one of the biggest blocks to migrating customers to hosted is the need to integrate their back office functions with the hosted telephony solution. While Xelion’s open architecture and APIs allow integration with third-party apps, most partners do not have the internal resource to program and test an integration solution, without passing on major costs which can be prohibitive for their prospective customers.
“The Integration Market Place overcomes these objections by providing proven, ready to run integration modules which give customers a total Organised Communications service that includes their preferred apps, voice, instant messaging, sms, video, wallboards and much more. It makes Xelion even easier to sell and profitable for our partners.”
