Internet Service Providers Zen Internet has appointed Robin Griffith as its new Head of Network and Infrastructure.

Griffith brings with him a wealth of commercial, operational and general management experience, having worked for over 20 years at BT, where his role encompassed Telecommunication Engineering, Programme Management, Process Transformation, Performance Management and System Development.

Griffith said: “I am delighted to be joining Zen at such an exciting time. The company has won a number of awards in 2008 including Which? Best Broadband and PC Pro’s Best ISP for the fifth year running, clearly demonstrating its commitment to provide its customers with the best ISP service in the UK.”

“Zen does this by continuously investing in its robust and reliable network and by providing excellent customer service and technical support. My plans are to increase the contribution the Network and Infrastructure makes towards Zen’s success.”

Zen’s full range of services include Broadband, Leased Lines, IP VPN, Voice, Hosting, Managed Firewalls, Online Data Backup and Web design.
