Zen Internet introduces Partner Masterclass

ISP Zen Internet has launched the Zen Partner Masterclass, a new initiative to support Zen’s Channel Partners.

The Zen Partner Masterclass has been developed to help the company’s Channel Partners build their businesses with Zen through an educational programme on its wide range of products and services. The Masterclass delivers useful tools and workshops to Zen Partners, including ‘How to’ Guides which cover a variety of subjects including ‘How to use Zen Support’ and ‘How to run an effective marketing campaign’.

Partners can access the ‘How to Guides’ through Zen's online Partner Portal, where they can also order products and services 24/7 directly on behalf of their customers. The Portal offers a range of useful features and resources giving Partners online visibility of their customer orders, commission account and marketing and training materials.

“We have introduced the Zen Partner Masterclass as we recognise that our Partners benefit greatly from fully understanding our products and services so that they can better meet their customers’ demands. As well as the Masterclass, Partners also have access to a range of other support services including channel marketing, customised collateral, pre-sales technical support and the existing range of Campaign Builder marketing toolkits,” said Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing.

The Partner Masterclass is a new addition to Zen's Partner Programme, which provides a range of different business models to suit Channel Partners of all sizes and types and is supported by a dedicated team of account executives and managers. The Partner team provide crucial sales support and are able to advise on a range of products and services, provide quotes and proposals, and manage accounts.
