In her new role, Rickerd will be responsible for heading the account management team.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and proven track record, having spent the last 12 years with ANS, leading commercial teams and oversaw some of the company’s most prominent accounts.
The news follows the appointment of Microsoft MVP Kyle Hill as the company’s new technical services delivery director.
