Ministry of Sound has announced the launch of three branded handset bundles featuring pre-loaded Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi music tracks, videos, wallpapers and ringtones, plus exclusive merchandise and competitions.

The Samsung E250, Sony Ericsson V640i and Nokia 5310 will each feature a unique Ministry of Sound or Hed Kandi bundle, available from last Friday, 29 August, via launch partners Grattan, Vodafone and DataSelect.

Van Uong, brand licensing manager for Ministry of Sound, commented: “Mobile is an important distribution channel for us and working directly with the handset providers enables us to deliver Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi tracks, video and wallpapers plus exclusive merchandise and competitions straight into consumers hands.

“Because Ministry of Sound is a large independent record label with a large and loyal following, we are able to work closely with our handset partners to create exclusive bundles which have huge appeal with the 16 to 24 year old demographic and are in discussions to launch additional packages later in the year.”
