Nimans raises funds for local charity in Stockport

Nimans has raised £1,493 for Stockport County Community Trust (SCCT), a local charity that supports vulnerable adults and children in the Stockport area.

The funds were raised in conjunction Pioneer Group, with a 14-person team made up of employees from both companies completing a 10k Tough Mudder course at Cholmondeley Castle.

The team faced obstacles during the Tough Mudder course, including a cage crawl, mud mile, and electric shock therapy. The team finished the course together as a team.

Richard Bovingdon, business development director, Nimans, said, “We are incredibly proud of our team for their dedication and commitment to raising money for such a worthwhile cause. Their hard work and determination are an inspiration to us all.”

Alison Warwood, CEO, SCCT, added, “We are so grateful for the support of Nimans and Pioneer Group. Their generosity will make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.”

Nimans is committed to giving back to the local community as part of its One Plan sustainability programme.
