Noetica partners with Talkdesk on advanced outbound dialling solution

Contact centre software solutions developer Noetica has announced a new partnership with Talkdesk, with the launch of Talkdesk Advanced Dialer.

This partnership will provide businesses with Noetica’s feature-rich outbound engagement in connection with the Talkdesk CX Cloud platform.

This new partnership provides greater access to the capabilities enterprises need to remain agile and flexible in response to today's evolving customer needs. The new Talkdesk Advanced Dialer provides all modes of dialling, including high-performance predictive dialling, while ensuring strict compliance with national regulatory regimes around the world, such as TCPA in the US and Ofcom in the UK.

The Talkdesk Advanced Dialer, in partnership with Noetica, is integrated into the wider Talkdesk product portfolio, delivering greater value than a stand-alone dialler. A distinctive visual method for data segmentation takes advantage of the built-in marketing automation features and data exchange capabilities to deliver high-impact campaigns, maximising contact rates and minimising wasted or untimely calls.
