RTR: Customers 'going under' still biggest Channel concern

In the recent Road to Recovery survey, supported by BT Wholesale, the Channel indicated that customer insolvencies is still the biggest concern (>80%) they have over the next 6-12 months. This is despite CreditSafe's recent figures which state the month of May saw the lowest levels of insolvencies for the last three years.

Other concerns include rebuilding a pipeline (49%) during this time and running out of cash (27%) to run the business.
