VegaStream and VoiceFlex Open Gate to SIP Trunking

IP Gateway vendor VegaStream has successfully completed compatibility testing between its Vega IP Gateways and VoiceFlex, the supplier of Session Initial Protocol (SIP) trunks to the channel.

Following rigorous testing, VegaStream’s full range of IP Gateways - from its enterprise focussed Vega 5000 to the recently announced remote/branch office solution, the Europa 50 - have proven interoperability to support VoiceFlex SIP trunks, and enable all businesses a cost-effective and reliable way to connect to next generation networks.

“Instead of taking the costly and disruptive rip and replace approach to VoIP, a VegaStream gateway can connect an existing PBX to the VoiceFlex IP network using SIP trunking.
