IT Managed Service provider 365itms has announced the acquisition of Deverill, an IT Services, Support and Training business.
The combined organisation will double the size of the company to a £20M turnover business, with offices in Poole and Reading.
The combined organisations boast some of the highest level vendor accreditations including: VMWare, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Citrix and a range of other leading manufacturers. This will greatly enhance the range of services and solutions 365itms can offer to clients.
Steve Ellis, Managing Director at 365itms said, “We are extremely excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings. Deverill’s market leading infrastructure and managed service capabilities are broad and deep and we believe this will provide some distinct advantage to the business. Our partners and customers will benefit from the enhanced range of services and have access to a larger highly skilled team. We are always looking to identify new areas where we can bring complementary services to our portfolio and this acquisition forms part of this strategy.”
Jay Bradley Head of Vendor Engagement at Deverill said: “We are delighted about the opportunity that this brings to both our organisations. Two successful companies joining forces in non‐competing sectors, gives us a great opportunity to build the business. We’re looking forward to working with our new colleagues to grow the combined business, and offer a new portfolio of services to our customers.”
